   JOINT DECLARATION BY THE APPLICANT AND HIS / HER PARENTS / GUARDIANS

    

   We, undersigned declare the following, supported by a joint affidavit:-

   1. We have gone through the prospectus supplied by the institute and do hereby undertake to abide by the rules and regulations of the institute. Ignorance of the rules and regulations shall not be treated as an excuse for any purpose at all. We alone shall be responsible and liable for all consequences arising out of the violation of the rules and regulations of the institute committed either jointly by us or individually.

   2. All the entries made in this form are correct to the best of our knowledge and belief. Nothing has been concealed. If any information is found to be false, we alone will be liable for all the consequences.

   3. We, (Name of the parent / guardian) and my son / daughter / ward (Name of the applicant) do hereby declare that the applicant at the time of joining has a stable mind and is free from insanity. If the applicant is subsequently found to be insane or of unstable mind and on account of this illness causes any damage or loss to the properties of the Institute, it shall be our responsibility to make god the loss suffered by the institute. Also we do agree that we alone will be liable for all consequences arising out of the insanity or unstable mind of the applicant/ candidate / student.

   4. We know and agree that during field visits / internship or practical training students are required to arrange their own transportation, lodging and boarding facilities. Also in case of any untoward incident, Aerospace Tutorials will not be responsible in any manner. We also know that we are required to maintain a high level of discipline and follow the code of conduct during our technical visit / internship or practical training. We assure that before under going field visit / internship or practical training we will get appropriate insurance cover for which the premium is borne by ourselves. We know and agree that any case, if we do any types of damage knowingly or unknowingly to any aircraft / components or other infrastructure facilities we will compensate the same).

   5. If the applicant is found to be engaged in any illegal activities within or out of the premises, we alone will be liable for all the consequences arising out of such activities. The management shall not have any kind of liability or responsibility for the aforesaid consequences.

   6. We understand that if the applicant / candidate is found to possess or use any kind of intoxicant or drugs, he / she shall be liable for getting expelled from the college. Upon the happening of such an event institute fees whatever paid shall not be refunded.

   7. We shall maintain the dignity, decorum, cordial and disciplined atmosphere of the institute and shall do nothing to defame the institute.

   8. It shall be our duty to desist from any activity, hindering the smooth functioning, progress and prosperity of the institute.

   9. We understand that smoking is strictly prohibited and if found smoking, the management is free to take suitable actions against the erring student / applicant.

   10. I shall be our responsibility to remit the fee on or before 10th of every month. We agree that if the fee is not remitted on the stipulated date, we shall be liable for making payment of late fee of Rs. 100/- per day. We also know that if the fee is not paid within 10 days from the due date, the student shall not be permitted to attend the class. This action on the part of management shall not be agitated as a grievance in any forum of whatsoever kind.

   11. We know & agree that the fee schedule can be changed reasonably at the discretion of the management.

   12. We are aware that, in the Fee Rules given in the prospectus issued from the Institute strictly define that fee once paid (after joining) will not be refunded under any circumstances even if the candidate does not attend a single class. Accordingly, we promise that we shall not claim any sort of refund from the institution (after joining) including the joining fees irrespective of any circumstances, even in the case of the student / candidate has not attended a single class.

   13. It is also specifically being mentioned that these students will not be issued with any type of course completion certificate / any certificate as Aerospace Tutorials is purely a coaching institute.

1. PROGRAMME FOR BASIC KNOWLEDGE MODULE EXAMINATION & PRACTICAL TRAINING FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE UNDERGOING/OPTING BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY (B.TECH.) FROM ANY RECOGNISED UNIVERSITY/ENGINEERING COLLEGE 

(FOR CAT. B1.2)

Note:

1. Additionally if candidate is interested for maintenance experience on Complex Motor Powered Aircraft has to pay Rs. 1,00,000+GST yearly (as per the period of maintenance experience required by DGCA for appearing in the license examination) alternatively the candidate is free to opt maintenance experience from any other organization of his/her choice and the fee applicable should be paid directly to the concern organization by the candidate.

2. PROGRAMME FOR BASIC KNOWLEDGE MODULE EXAMINATION & PRACTICAL TRAINING FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE UNDERGOING/OPTING BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY (B.TECH.) FROM ANY RECOGNISED UNIVERSITY/ENGINEERING COLLEGE

Note:

1. Candidates acquiring maintenance experience on Complex Motor Powered Aircraft has to pay Rs. 1,00,000+GST yearly (as per the period of maintenance experience required by DGCA for appearing in the license examination applicable for category B1.1 and B2) alternatively the candidate is free to opt maintenance experience from any other organization of his/her choice and the fee should be paid directly to the concern organization by the candidate.

2. Candidates acquiring maintenance experience on CAR 145 Maintenance Repair Overhaul organisations approved by DGCA in Piston Engine Overhauling Shop/Electrical Shop/Radio Navigation Shop/Instrument Shop/Line Maintenance for Light Aeroplane of our organisations will be Free of Cost and alternatively the candidate is free to opt maintenance experience from any other organization of his/her choice and the fee applicable should be paid directly to the concern organization by the candidate.

GST *: GST & other Govt. taxes (if applicable) should be paid in addition to the above-mentioned fees as per Govt. norms.

Definition for common understanding: 

1. All basic knowledge module exams: As per DGCA, Govt. of India, CAR-66, Regulations, A candidate has to pass all module examinations based on the category opted. The number of module exams to be cleared per category are as per DGCA and as follows:

❑    B1.2  :11   ❑ B1.1   : 11   ❑ B1.3   : 10   ❑ B1.4  : 10   ❑ B2  :10

These modules for a single category of AME license are conducted by DGCA and constitute basic knowledge exam.

2. Maintenance Experience on Operating Aircraft: The experience involved in maintenance task on aircraft which are being operated by airlines, air taxi organization, owners, AMO,CAR 145 org., NSOP org, flying clubs etc.

3. Category of License: Following are the short explanation of the AME license categories:

1. B1.2: Major maintenance and repair of light aircraft fitted with piston engine, its components, equipments etc.

2. B1.1: Major maintenance and repair of heavy aircraft fitted with turbine engine, its components, equipments etc.

3. B1.3: Major maintenance and repair of helicopter fitted with turbine engine, its components, equipments etc.

4. B1.4: Major maintenance and repair of helicopter fitted with piston engine, its components, equipments etc.

5. B2  : Major maintenance and repair of avionics system such as electrical system, instrument system, radio navigation system and their components.

4. DGCA Approved Maintenance Organization: It is an approved maintenance organization duly approved by DGCA, Govt. of India where candidates will gain maintenance experience within different types of maintenance organization (CAR-145, M.A. Subpart F etc.) or under the supervision of independent certifying staff.

5. Training in *DGCA Approved CAR-145 Organization: This training will be given at our associated organizations. Training for candidates will be given on DGCA approved piston engine overhaul shop, instrument shop, radio and navigation shop and electrical shop without charging any fee for period as specified above. The scope of maintenance experience will depend on the choice of location of our associated organization. 

ELIGIBILITY: The eligibility criterion for candidates to join any of the above mentioned programmes is as follows: 

• 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Math.                   Or

• Defense Personnel having experience more than 10 years.   Or

• Candidate from maintenance organization approved by DGCA.                   Or

• Candidate from maintenance organization approved by EASA.                   Or

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics & Communication, Electrical.                 Or                 

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication.   Or                                                                                 

• Candidates undergoing EASA Module Examination.

Note: 

• Students have to bear the cost of lodging, boarding and traveling to the site of practical maintenance facility and Basic Knowledge Module Exam Fees. The students will be provided complete assistance before and during their stay at such facilities.

• Maintenance Experience on operating aircraft or CAR 145 approved organization depends on the choice of the candidate, who is undergoing theoretical coaching classes at Aerospace Tutorials. If they have any preference to get maintenance experience from any other organization they are free to opt for maintenance experience from that organization and can pay the concerned fee to that respective organization.

• Maintenance experience on operating Aircraft will be given by our associated organizations or will be arranged on payment basis as mentioned above with other DGCA approved organization.

• Aerospace Tutorials endeavors to assist with the required maintenance experience as mentioned in CAR 66 and CAR 147, accordingly when students are undergoing our theoretical coaching classes can also gain the experience of practical in order to facilitate them in getting license without losing much of their precious time in becoming Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.

• Candidates will get experience certificate for their training undergone from any DGCA approved organization. It is also specifically being mentioned that these students are not issued with a programme completion certificate or any other certificate as Aerospace Tutorials is purely a coaching institute.

• Mandatorily it is the responsibility of the student that he/she will also undergo any graduation programme from any Government Recognized Universities on correspondence/distance mode. So as to get an additional recognized degree. 

• The above mentioned details related to the module papers and experience requirement to get the license shall be applicable as per prevailing CAR 66 and CAR 147.
