Relentless efforts made by the founder director led to adding of many branches across India to the group. It established its name in South Asia as
"The Largest Group for imparting training in the field of aircraft maintenance engineering"
Aircraft Maintenance Engineer also called "AME" is a very inportant position in the operation dpartment of Aircraft Maintenance which is mandated by DGCA under the Aircraft Act 1934 and rules theron to be appointed by all the organisations engaged in aircraft flying and it's maintenance like Airlines, FTOs , MROs, etc to carry out and certify all kind of Aircraft maintenance.
The rules under Aircrfat Act 1934 states that “N0 Aircraft can be released for take off without obtaining Certificate of Release to Service Issued by a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer."
In Detail, Provision of sub rule (1) of rule 61 of Aircraft Rule 1937 interalia states that, the Central Government (Director General of Civil Aviation) may grant Aircraft Maintenance Engineering licences or authorisations as provided in this rule, to persons who meet the requirements specified in this rule. As per category of such license holder shall have the privileges to issue certificates for release to service after minor & major maintenance performed on aircraft structure, power-plant, mechanical, electrical and avionics systems.
To become AME one need to clear AME Module examinations(Conducted by CEO,DGCA-Ministry of Civil Aviation,Govt. of India) and to obtain the required practical experience as specified in CAR-66 issued by DGCA(Govt. of India). DGCA will grant the AME licence or authorisations after conducting Skill test asper the rules prescribed in CAR 66.

Mechanical engineering is one of the broadest engineering disciplines. Mechanical engineers research, design, develop, build, and test mechanical and thermal devices, including tools, engines, and machines.
Mechanical engineers typically do the following:
Mechanical engineers design and oversee the manufacturing of many products ranging from medical devices to new batteries. Mechanical engineers design power-producing machines such as electric generators, internal combustion engines, and steam and gas turbines as well as power-using machines, such as refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
Mechanical engineers design other machines inside buildings, such as elevators and escalators. They also design material-handling systems, such as conveyor systems and automated transfer stations.
Like other engineers, mechanical engineers use computers extensively. Computers help mechanical engineers create and analyze designs, run simulations and test how a machine is likely to work, and generate specifications for parts.

Sha-Shib Group is witness for the suscess of its thousands of students recruited in national and international Airlines, Maintenance & Repair Organisations, Flying Training Organisations etc year by year.
The journey of about 30years in the field of education has edified our mentors year by year and the learners of Sha-Shib Group have been nurtured to be a successful person. The long list of its alumnus always inspired us to work harder then before.
The learners of Sha-Shib Group are recruited in Domestic/International Airlines , Major Maintenance, Repair and Overhauls (MRO), Aircraft Manufacturing Companies, Flying Clubs , Technical Publications etc.
Airlines is a company which provides regular services carrying people or goods in aeroplanes. Before aircraft fly, Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer has to analyse and solve the problems of aircraft. After signing certificate an aircraft can fly.
MRO companies are those companies which specialize in performing maintenance actions on aircraft and their components such as jet engines, landing gears etc. To maintain the actions licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer are required.
Aircraft Manufacturing Companies deals in the manufacturing of aircrafts such as Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, etc. For maintaining and operating engines, electronics system etc Aircraft Maintenance Engineer is hired
Aircraft are made up of numerous parts to manufacture those parts Aircraft Part Manufacturing Companies have builds. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer can analyse those parts and help them to build better ones.
ICAO, EASA, etc are the Aircraft Operation Organization. Their organization deals with well being and protection of civil aviation. When it’s about Safety in aircraft, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer is the first name that came out.
A flying club is an organization that provides its members with affordable access to aircraft. That aircraft needs to be maintenance which is done by licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers.
